The woman — identified only as Kate P. in the federal court papers — filed the suit Tuesday, alleging that Winston grabbed her crotch in the drive-through of a Mexican restaurant.
The development comes weeks after an eight-month NFL investigation determined that he touched the woman "in an inappropriate and sexual manner without her consent." It also comes as Winston – who has not been criminally charged in the incident – approaches the final game of a three-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy.

Manning, Giants Settle Memorabilia Fraud Lawsuit

A settlement has been reached in the long-running lawsuit that alleged New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning and the team conspired to pass off fake game-worn memorabilia.
The Giants said a settlement had been reached in a statement to USA TODAY Sports Monday night.
"The compromise agreement, entered into by all parties, should not be viewed as supporting any allegations, claims or defenses," Giants spokesperson Karen Kessler said in an email. "All parties are grateful to have the matter, which began in 2014, concluded and are now focused on football, the fans and the future."
The trial was set to begin in Hackensack, N.J., on Monday with jury selection, but was pushed back to next week due to a death in the family of one of the attorneys.

Denver Broncos defensive end Adam Gotsis was arrested last week in Atlanta on a rape charge stemming from a 2013 incident while he was attending Georgia Tech.
