The University of Tennessee is finalizing a deal that would make former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Rutgers coach Greg Schiano the Volunteers' new head coach, multiple media outlets reported Sunday. Tennessee officials hoped to announce the hiring of Schiano Sunday afternoon.
