Packers Reportedly Add TE Graham, Release WR Nelson

The Green Bay Packers are overhauling their receiving corps, moving in on a deal to sign tight end Jimmy Graham and releasing wideout Jordy Nelson. Green Bay reportedly agreed to terms on a three-year contract with Graham, multiple media outlets reported Tuesday.
