Another week, another Clay Matthews hit, another disastrous penalty.

Seven days after Matthews was penalized for hitting Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins, negating a game-sealing interception, officials once again flagged a Matthews’ hit, this time at the end of a sack on Washington Redskins quarterback Alex Smith.

The penalty was the same: Roughing the passer.
