The Washington Redskins signed unrestricted free agent wide receiver Brian Quick on Friday to add depth at the position. The Redskins lost starting wide receivers DeSean Jackson (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and Pierre Garcon (San Francisco 49ers) via free agency.
