Earl Thomas, Ravens Agree to 4-Year Contract Worth Reported $55 Million

John Froschauer/Associated Press The Baltimore Ravensadded a Super Bowl champion to their secondary Wednesdaywhen they agreed to a deal with former Seattle Seahawks safety Earl Thomas. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Thomas signed a four-year deal worth $55 million that includes $32 million guaranteed and $22 million paid in the first nine months.

Facing Prison Sentence, LB Kendricks Signs with Seahawks

With depth concerns at linebacker potentially taking shape, the Seahawks have reportedly picked up another one -- though one that could face significant prison time.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the team signed former Cleveland Brown Mychal Kendricks on Thursday (previous reports indicated that he'd been brought in for a free agent visit). Kendricks faces years in prison after being charged with insider trading in late August.

The Browns, who'd signed him to a one-year deal in the offseason, released him after the news came out.
